Chris has lived in the Idaho Falls area for over 40 years and has been helping sellers and buyers realize the American dream and build wealth through real estate for over 20 years. Having helped thousands of families in his career he has a passion for protecting and advocating for his clients, and always protecting their best interests while utilizing the latest technology.
He obtained his brokers license in 2010, and has been in the top 10% of agents/teams and on the ALC committee since joining Keller Williams Realty East Idaho in 2017. As the listing agent on the team his aggressive marketing and listing system consistently sells home faster and for a higher list to sales price ratio than his competitors. He has a passion for the real estate industry, and is currently on the city of Ammon Planning and Zoning commission. Living in this great area, with numerous outdoor activities, Chris enjoys camping, dirt biking, snow biking, as well as hunting in his time off. He also loves traveling with his family, or just relaxing and spending time playing with his two energetic girls, and the 8 year old can sometimes be seen tagging along on showings as it seems she may be following in her dads footsteps with a love of Real Estate!
