Taylor has 3 siblings, a sister-in-law, and a niece. She loves all genres of music, but she has loved Taylor Swift since she was a little girl, especially because they share a name. I had listed my home as a For Sale by Owner with the intent to work with realtors on the buyers end. I had received a handful of phone calls from realtors inquiring about my house but they all pretty much shut down after i told them i was going to continue to list it on my own but that i was willing to work with them if they had a buyer. After i had it on the market a couple weeks i received a call from Chris and i kind of told him the same thing, after which Chris said "Thats great we work with a lot of For Sale by Owners is it ok if we set something up to come look through your house to give some pointers so it shows well to our clients?" I agreed and when Chris came over he gave me a lot of great information about the market and tips and tricks to make the house as pleasing to buyers as we can. He did of course give his pitch as to what he could do if we listed with him, which i expected him to do since i agreed to our meeting, but left it at that with no pressure.
